You can view the status of your transaction by logging into your account via the mobile app or website and following the steps below:
Mobile app:
- Log in to your account
- Tap Transactions
- Set a year you would like to view the transactions from using the drop-down menu.
- Tap the transaction you would like to see the details for, and this will show you all of the relevant updates for that payment
Website:
- Log in to your account
- Click Dashboard
- Set a date range at the top of the page that you would like to view the transactions from
- Find your transaction in the list
- Click the green arrow to the right of the transaction and this will then show you all of the relevant updates for that payment
