How do I cancel a transfer I have made?

If the transaction hasn’t been paid, you can cancel this through your account via our mobile app or website.

If the remittance has already been credited, we may still be able to recover your funds. The beneficiary or the account holder must provide an ‘Authority to Debit’ letter authorising Kabayan Remit to recall the funds. Once we receive the letter, we will submit a request to the beneficiary’s bank in the Philippines. The refund usually takes about 3 to 5 banking days to complete, but it also depends on how quickly the recipient’s bank responds.

Please contact our 24/7 customer support team to discuss this further.
