How can I retrieve a transaction that was already credited to the receiver’s bank account?

In most cases, transactions that have already been credited to a receiver’s bank account cannot be retrieved. However, we can help you submit a retrieval request to the receiving bank for review.

In this case, the receiver or account holder will need to provide an Authority to Debit letter authorising Kabayan Remit to request a reversal. Once we receive the letter, we’ll submit a retrieval request to the receiver’s bank in the Philippines.
