How can I view the status of my transaction?

You can view the status of your transaction by logging into your account via the mobile app or website and following the steps below:

Mobile app:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Tap Transactions
  3. Set a date range you would like to view the transactions from using the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the page – This can be set to 1 Year, 3 Years or All
  4. Tap the transaction you would like to see the details for and this will show you all of the relevant updates for that payment

Website:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Dashboard
  3. Set a date range at the top of the page that you would like to view the transactions from
  4. Find your transaction in the list
  5. Click the green arrow to the right of the transaction and this will then show you all of the relevant updates for that payment
