You can check the status of your transactions online when you log in to your account through the mobile app or website by following the instructions below:
Mobile app

Log in to your account.

Tap Transactions.

Use the drop-down menu to select the year you want to view.

Tap the transaction you’d like to see.

Under Updates, you can view the transaction status and see whether it has been cancelled.
Website

Log in to your account.

Click Dashboard.

Set the date range at the top of the page to view your transactions.

Find the transaction in the list and check if the status is Cancelled.
