How can I check if my transaction has been cancelled?

You can check the status of your transactions online when you log in to your account through the website or mobile app. Please follow the instructions below for the device you are using:

Mobile app

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Tap Transactions
  3. Set a date range you would like to view the transactions from using the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the page – This can be set to 1 Year3 Years or All
  4. Tap the transaction you would like to see the details for
  5. Under Updates you will then be able to see the status of the transaction and if it has been cancelled.

Website

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Dashboard
  3. Set a date range at the top of the page that you would like to view the transactions from
  4. Find the transaction in the list and it should Cancelled below it
