Can I view my transaction history?

Yes, depending on which platform you are using please follow the steps below to view your transaction history:

Mobile app

  1. Open the mobile app and Log in to your account
  2. Tap Transactions
  3. Set a date range you would like to view the transactions from using the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the page – This can be set to 1 Year3 Years or All
  4. This will then show you your transaction history in this time period.

To see more details about the transactions and the payment status, click on each transaction individually.

  1. Log in to your account here
  2. Click Dashboard
  3. Select a date range at the top of the page that you would like to view the transactions from
  4. This will then display the transactions completed in that time period.

To see more details about the transactions and the payment status, click the arrow to the right-hand side of the transaction value.
