Where can I update my account details?

You can make some changes to your account details. Please follow the instructions below for the platform you are using:

Mobile app

1. Log in to your account
2. Tap Account
3. Tap Update profile
4. Update the information that needs to be changed and tap Save

Website

1. Log in to your account
2. Click My account
3. Click Edit details
4. Update the information that needs to be changed and click Save

Details like your name, date of birth and email address can’t be updated through your account settings. To change these details, please email  [email protected] or contact us through our 24/7 customer support team.
