No debit card? No problem! Kabayan Remit makes it easy to link your preferred bank account for future use. Say goodbye to the hassle of re-entering your account details every time you send money and say hello to a seamless and convenient experience.

How do I link my bank account to the Kabayan Remit app?

To connect your US bank account to the Kabayan Remit through our mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Kabayan Remit app and log in to your account.
  2. On the app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  3. Under Quick Menu, select Banks.
  4. Under Banks, tap Connect new bank.
  5. Choose your preferred bank from our list of partner banks.
  6. You will be redirected to your bank’s verification screen. Complete your preferred bank’s verification process.
  7. Once verification is complete, return to the Kabayan Remit app.

On the other hand, to connect your US bank account to Kabayan Remit through our website, follow these steps:

  1. Go to kabayanremit.com and log in to your account.
  2. On the web dashboard, click the Banks tab.
  3. Under Banks, click Connect new bank.
  4. Choose your preferred bank from our list of partner banks.
  5. You will be redirected to your bank’s verification screen. Complete your preferred bank’s verification process.
  6. Once verification is complete, return to the Kabayan Remit website.

How much is the transaction fee for ACH transfers?

If you send money with Kabayan Remit for the first time, we automatically waive your transaction fee. After this, the service fee starts at $2.99 for ACH transfers in the US.

When will my remittance be received if I pay via ACH transfer?

The standard clearing time for ACH payments is 2-3 banking days. Once payment is verified, your remittance will be received within another 2 banking days.

How much can I send through ACH transfer?

You can send as much as $1500 per transaction via ACH transfer.

How do I check my linked bank accounts?

To check if your preferred bank is already linked to your Kabayan Remit account on our mobile app:

  1. Open your Kabayan Remit app and log in to your account.
  2. On the app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  3. Under Quick Menu, select Banks.
  4. If your preferred bank is already linked, it will be displayed on the screen.
  5. If you have gone through the process of connecting your bank account, but it is not yet displayed on the Banks screen, please contact our customer support team.
