How do I close my Kabayan Remit account?

When sending an email, please include the following information:

  • Your Kabayan Remit member ID
  • The email address your account is connected to
  • Your contact number


We may contact you by phone or email to verify your details or if we need additional information to process your request.


Please bear in mind that as a regulated financial service provider, we are obliged to keep your data for 6 years in compliance with regulatory requirements.
