Home Page
Customers can now easily find useful information on the new homepage. There is a new calculator tool, instructions on sending money with Kabayan Remit, and the different delivery methods customer can send money with. The calculator tool is very straightforward, so customers can easily check the exchange rate and calculate how much they need to pay when sending a certain amount. New customers, on the other hand, can check the 3 simple steps on how to send money to Philippines with Kabayan Remit.
About Us
We have also included a new “About Us” section for customers who want to learn more about the company. This section includes information about our founders, milestones and compliance.
How It Works
We understand that our customers may have different questions regarding our services. That’s why we included a new “How It Works” tab. We have divided this section into different topics, including “Send Money”, “Send Large Amounts”, “Bills Payment”, “Pricing” and “FAQs”. Customers can simply choose the topic they wish to find more information on, whether it’s about sending money, sending large amounts or paying bills. The FAQ page also consists of detailed answers to our customers’ most common enquiries.
Help
Customers who have further questions or feedback, may click on the “Help” tab. They can also simply ask their question under the “How can we help?” box to get answers quickly. Alternatively, they can send an enquiry through the form on the page, which we will attend to by e-mail.
