How to send money to BPI with Kabayan Remit

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is a well-established financial institution as the first bank ever founded in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. BPI is a universal bank that offers a variety of financial services and solutions for individuals and corporate businesses, with over 800 branches across the Philippines, Hong Kong and Europe.

Kabayan Remit’s partnership with BPI enables Filipinos in the UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany and Gibraltar to send quick and secure online remittances to the Philippines.

How to transfer money to a BPI account

Send money to BPI Philippines

Filipinos in Europe can send money directly to any BPI account in the Philippines through Kabayan Remit. To do this, first, you would need to download the free Kabayan Remit mobile app on the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android). You can also go to the website at https://kabayanremit.com/. Then, create an account by registering with your personal details. Your profile will then be verified within a few minutes.

Once your account is verified, log in with the details you’ve signed up with and do the following:

  1. Add a new beneficiary. Fill in all the required information and select either Bank of the Philippine Islands or BPI Family Bank, depending on the bank your recipient is with. Then, enter their bank details.
  2. To transfer funds, go to the ‘Send Money’ page then select your beneficiary. Choose ‘credit to account’ as the ‘delivery method’ to send money directly to your loved one’s BPI account.
  3. Complete all required fields, input the amount you wish to send, then pay for the transaction.

It’s as simple and easy as that! Your money is then usually credited to your beneficiary’s BPI bank account within an hour. You can also send money anytime, anywhere as Kabayan Remit’s services are available 24/7.

Should you need assistance, you can also contact our bilingual customer service representatives who are available 24/7. For more information on Kabayan Remit, visit https://kabayanremit.com/.
