A transaction can usually be retrieved if the funds have not yet been credited to the receiver’s account. Once credited, recovery is not guaranteed.
You can check the status of your transactions online when you log in to your account through the website or mobile app.
Once funds are credited, retrieval is usually not possible. However, Kabayan Remit can assist in submitting a retrieval request, subject to bank approval.
Refund timelines vary by payment method. Debit card refunds usually take 2–3 banking days, while online bank transfers are typically refunded the same day.
If you wish to cancel a transaction, please contact us immediately. If the transaction has not been paid out yet, we can easily refund the amount back to your originating account.
