Comment puis-je fermer mon compte Kabayan Remit?

We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to close your Kabayan Remit account.

You can request account closure directly through the Kabayan Remit app by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings in the Kabayan Remit app.
2. Tap Remove My Account, then select Delete My Account.
3. For security, you’ll be asked to enter your PIN to confirm the request.
4. Tap Delete account to confirm the request.

You may also email [email protected] with the following details:

• Ton nom
• Votre identifiant de membre Kabayan Remit
• The email address linked to your account
• Votre numéro de téléphone

We may reach out by phone or email to verify your details or request additional information, if needed.

Please note that as a regulated financial service provider, we’re required to retain certain account information for up to six (6) years, in line with regulatory requirements.
