Can I retrieve a paid transaction?

A transaction can usually be retrieved if the funds have not yet been credited to the receiver’s account.

If the remittance has already been credited to the receiver’s bank account, recovery is not guaranteed. However, we may still be able to help by submitting a formal retrieval request on your behalf.
