What does the receiver need in order to collect the money?

To collect the remittance, your receiver needs to provide these 2 requirements:

1.  Proof of ID
2. Transaction Reference

Please note that the receiver’s name stated on your transfer has to exactly match the name presented on the receiver’s Proof of ID. This includes any middle names.
