The password reset link isn’t working correctly, how can I reset my password?

We’re aware of a small bug in our system that means some customers are currently having issues resetting their passwords when using iOS devices with Safari as the default browser.

We are currently working on a fix as quickly as possible, but in the meantime, please follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Open the mobile app and tap Log in.
  2. Tap Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address you registered for your account with and tap Reset password.
  4. Close the Kabayan Remit mobile app completely so it isn’t open in the background.
  5. Go to your emails where you will have received a password reset link, which expires within 60 minutes.
  6. Once you click the Recover password button on the email, you will be redirected to the mobile app, where you will be asked to enter a new password.
  7. Enter your new password to reset it. You can then use these new credentials to log in to your Kabayan Remit account.
