How to pay Philippine real estate properties in the UK & Europe

Paying your Philippine bills online from Europe is straightforward. All you need to do is create a Kabayan Remit account online on the website or mobile app (iOS or Android). When your account is ready, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Kabayan Remit account.
2. Create a new beneficiary. Make sure that the name of the beneficiary is the same one the statement of account is addressed to. 
3. Go to the “Send” page, then select the newly added beneficiary. 
4. Choose “Bills Payment” as the delivery method and under payout location, select the property company you need to pay. Then, enter your designated property subscriber number. If you don’t know your subscriber number, you may enter the unit number and property name as the subscriber number. 
5. Enter the bills payment amount on the calculator tool, then select your preferred payment option.
6. Review all the information entered, then pay.

The transaction is usually processed within 1 day.

Other than real estate properties, you can also pay your Philippine contributions (SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG) with Kabayan Remit. Just follow the above procedures and select the appropriate merchant for your payment.
